Melissa and her team specialize in finding short term rentals throughout the coast. She can help you manage them or assist you in setting up to manage them yourself. Melissa has a JD in Law from Texas Wesleyan Law School and over 27 years of law experience and over 15 years of experience in real estate. Her goal is to help people achieve investment success.
JD Monroe
JD Monroe is the Chief Operating Officer (COO) and a visionary entrepreneur of Shorefront Investments. He serves as the lead deal analyst and acquisitions manager. He establishes long-range goals, strategies, plans and processes to meet the needs of clients and investors. JD is also an Air Force veteran. JD has been investing in real estate and communities since 2014.
